For about a year now I’ve occasionally heard people in the “underground” comedy world such as Patton Oswalt and Brian Posehn talk about their love for comic books. Although I can’t say that I’m a big fan anymore these days, it got me thinking back to my days as a kid when comics were the central part of my life and I decided to check out some torrent sites to see what I could find.
I found a program called CDisplay that uses .cbr files so that you can read both comic books and magazines with ease instead of having to open up a new image file every time you want to turn the page. After visiting a few torrent sites I was going through the entire Spawn series in no time. It’s not something that I still do today, but for a couple weeks it was a lot of fun.
